GHI Drug Alcohol Rehab Programs - Garden State Treatment Center

Drug Rehab That Takes GHI Insurance

Providing help for men and women who suffer from addiction has become one of our nation’s greatest concerns. The statistics about the numbers of people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol are striking. According to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, SAMHSA, “In 2017, approximately 19.7 million people aged 12 or older had a substance use disorder (SUD) related to their use of alcohol or illicit drugs in the past year…” (SAMHSA).

The encouraging news about these numbers is that now more than ever, there are professional GHI drug treatment programs available that are affordable and can be covered almost entirely by insurance. In 2010 the Affordable Care Act (ACA) was enacted by President Obama, also known as Obamacare. The ACA caused a growth in health coverage competition and resulted in more companies offering health insurance plans that cover drug rehab. Garden State Treatment Center accepts insurance plans that can cover you or your loved one’s drug treatment program. As a GHI drug rehab center, we accept GHI insurance and work hand-in-hand with most major health insurance providers.

GHI Drug Alcohol Rehab Centers

Our addiction recovery specialists are knowledgeable about what your insurance plan will cover. We work closely with agents from GHI insurance, a partner of Emblem Health, and our programs qualify for coverage by them. The programs that we offer include Partial Care, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, Drug and Alcohol Treatment and 12 Step Treatment. All of these programs utilize science-based forms of therapy to help you or your loved one end their battle with addiction or alcoholism.

Both addiction and alcoholism are regarded as diseases by all major government agencies that handle mental health concerns. The current definition of addiction is, “a chronic, relapsing disorder characterized by compulsive drug seeking, continued use despite harmful consequences, and long-lasting changes in the brain. It is considered both a complex brain disorder and a mental illness.” (NIDA)
