• Outpatient Treatment: Standard outpatient rehab usually involves 1–2 therapy sessions a week, and it’s focused on relapse prevention more than initial intervention.

It’s worth noting that the reports from the New Jersey Department of Human Services reveal that 21% of all rehab admissions in New Jersey are to outpatient care programs. IOPs and PHPs received 20% and 4% of the 2024 admissions, respectively.
